Toolkit
| The Toolkit includes over 40 tools and templates that police services can use and customize according to their needs. They have been developed to assist police services with various HR mgmt activities and are fully aligned with the Policing Competency Framework. A sample of the tools in the Toolkit are:
These Tools have been developed to support a first-time implementation of a competency approach to HR management and also to support police services wishing to review and/or expand an existing CBM program. These tools are available to police services and organizations supporting them.
